A new SLA 3D printer is making a real splash on Kickstarter now. Developed by Emake3D, the new device is described as a great fit for anything from full-scale prototypes to smaller, detailed models.
Called Galaxy 1, the machine features a printing volume of 400x200x400mm and 17″ (43 cm) printing area. It delivers XY resolution of 25μm and layer thickness of 25-200μm. With precise layer registration and smooth surface finish, translucent materials print clearer than ever, right off the printer.

Furthermore, to ensure successful prints every time, Galaxy 1 incorporates an Auto Resin Feeding system that automatically supplies more material when the resin gets too low during the printing process.
