The 3DEXPERIENCE platform will drive Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. ‘s global market
Dassault Systèmes and Kärcher will collaborate to accelerate the digital transformation of Kärcher. The latter company is a family business specialized in cleaning technology.
Kärcher will exploit the “Single Source for Speed” solution of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. It consists for Kärcher in the integration of its product development processes, as well as the improvement in collaboration and knowledge sharing for up to 1,200 employees. Last, the solution will also enable to reduce product development and production costs.
For Michael Stritzelberger, Executive Vice President, Kärcher, their aim is to support their enterprise-wide strategy “to digitally transform to the cloud while gaining the flexibility and agility to innovate for customers.” After this stage, the company will create via the 3DEXPERIENCE platform a digital twin for system engineering, configuration, manufacturing, after sales services, and packaging design.
