MyMiniFactory develops affordable resin 3D printing material for tabletop gamers

It’s been a long time we haven’t talked about them…Do you remember MyMiniFactory? A company that operates as a repository of 3D printable models for hobbyists and artists. Well, they have changed a little bit their business model as they now provide resin 3D printing materials.

Their flagship material, the MyMiniFactory Premium Resin, has been designed for tabletop gamers and hobbyists in mind who use MSLA/DLP 3D printers. Manufacturers like Anycubic, Phrozen, Creality, Longer 3D and Elegoo are some examples of technology partners who can help bring new applications to life through the process of these materials by their technologies.

According to the resin provider, its community has been searching for more resistant resins for their miniatures, a need widely spread in the 3D printing tabletop community.

One of the priorities for these users was to ensure that the quality of the 3D models is not lost during the printing process. In this vein, MyMiniFactory performed extensive testing to ensure the quality of the resin it is delivering to the market.

As far as properties are concerned, the MyMiniFactory Premium Resin features a chemical formula created for improving the durability of any printed model. Its slight elasticity guarantees extra protection for tiny parts against accidental drops, a common problem amongst tabletop enthusiasts.

MMF+ also partnered with Jamg-He, a China-based manufacturer of photopolymer resins. The combination between their technical expertise and the knowledge of the market’s needs from MyMiniFactory aims to deliver a high-quality product with a low price tag.

The new material is already available for commercialization at the price of $38.99 for MyMiniFactory users.
