Your role will be to further develop our distribution arm, ensuring a positive customer order fulfillment process.

    If you have a passion for data, problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and are organized and efficient, we want you to join us as our Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d).

    The Job:

    Ensure efficient fulfilment process internally and externally
    Manage inbound and outbound product flows
    Inventory: manage cycle counting- and inventory accuracy efforts and results
    Follow up on customer complaints and RMA’s
    Communicate tactical needs to our regional 3PL providers
    Organize and enable Business Reviews with the 3PL to monitor KPI’s and continuously improve performance and value for money
    Support our customer team to provide best in class service
    Provide support for local and international shipping

    You:

    Are familiar with ERP/Order Management Systems (e.g. NetSuite)
    Are proficient in Excel and database usage
    Can get things done in a cross-functional team environment
    Do not mind working outside of office hours from time to time due to the global nature of the company
    Speak fluent English
    Can create a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency
    Have strong organizational skills and an eagle eye to detail
    Are comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities

    Bonus Skills:

    Experience with LTL/LCL shipping
    Other European languages or Arabic
    3D printing industry experience
