1. Collection and storage of personal data

At 3D Adept (online media, and magazine 3D Adept Mag), we may collect data such as your name, your email and postal addresses, your date of birth, the name of your company or your position in that company as well as your IP address.

The following data are logged when visiting our website, whereby the storage of such data serves internal system-related and statistical purposes only: name of your internet service provider, names of the visited web pages, the used browser, the operating system and querying domain, date and time of access, used search engine, names of downloaded files and your IP address.

Further personal data are only collected if these are provided voluntarily by you, e.g. in the context of a query, an order or a registration. If you register for instance to our newsletter, we will collect and store your email address. Your email address will be used for mailing or newsletters which will inform you about the latest news in the 3D printing industry, the recent developments or information about the products we sell. You may request your deletion from the distribution list by sending us an email to the address contact@3dadept.com at any time. You may also opt out by clicking on the link “Unsubscribe me from this mailing list” at the end of every mailing or newsletter. Your data will be deleted as a result.

Please, note that by subscribing to our newsletter, you also accept to receive sponsored content/ads from us or third-party partners. These partners collaborate with 3D ADEPT Media and can only send you content based on your interest in the additive manufacturing industry.

We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for us to render a service you have requested or to which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law (e.g. in connection with pending litigation).

2. Use, transfer and deletion of personal data

The personal data you will provide will be used for answering your queries, and to send you newsletters that will enable you to stay informed on the latest trends in the industry or to benefit from a good deal offered by a partner.

Your personal data will never be sold, nor transferred to third parties.

Your data are processed based on the legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

3. Google Analytics

3D Adept makes use of some features of Google Analytics’ services.
