3D printer manufacturer XYZprinting will continue its mission of making 3D printing technology accessible to a wider audience by showcasing in CES 2018, a range of new mass consumer products.
2017 has been marked by the release of several 3D printers such as the da Vinci Color as a mass consumer product.
“For a very long time the 3D printing technology has been way out of reach for families and small businesses,” said XYZprinting CEO Simon Shen. “Our goal with the new line of products is not only to make 3D printing cost-effective for everyone, but also provide casual users and small business owners the tools and confidence to try their hand at this technology and incorporate it into their everyday lives, whether at home or at the office.”
The 3D printing company will be unveiling a 3D printing solution targeted specifically to high-end small businesses. The company aims at enabling the owners to reach a level playing field against their competitors who may already be using the technology.
The truth is that ease of use and price are two main barriers that keep businesses and schools from adopting 3D printing.
Among products that will be showcasing, one can count: the da Vinci Color AiO (full-color FFF desktop 3D printer), the da Vinci Nano 3D printer with its software package, the newest 3D printing pen of the manufacturer, the da Vinci 3D Pen Cool.
