    Sinterit Sp. z o.o. – is a global pioneer in the production of desktop 3D printers operating in SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology.

    We are currently looking for:
     
    Head of Sales – North America
    Place of work: USA
     

    North America is a key market for us that we are addressing through a network of distributors and resellers. We want to bring Sinterit to the next step in the North American region. For this, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director that would be in charge of deploying our growth strategy in the area.

     

    Amongst other great things, as the head of Sinterit in the biggest market for 3D printing in the world, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing and implement effective sales and after sales strategy in the region
    • Managing and develop nationwide distributors and resellers network
    • Performing research and identify new potential distributors and new market opportunities
    • Liaising with Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
    • Developing and implement effective marketing strategy in coordination with the marketing team
    • Staying up-to-date with new product launches and media monitoring
    • Managing and oversee the daily operations of Sinterit in the region
    • Managing new product launches on the territory
      In liaison with our application engineering team, developing contacts and interactions with Sinterit customers to discover and develop new applications and workflows
    • You would report to our Sales Director based in Poland  

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience as Sales manager / director 
    • Experience in successfully introducing / developing / managing a brand in the US in the 3D printing market
    • Extensive knowledge of the 3d Printing market in North America and its distributors network
    • Experience in working with European manufacturers is a plus
    • Ability to work completely remotely from the rest of the team
    • Enjoying working with young, dynamic teams
