Farsoon Technologies is No. 1 in China for industrial 3D printing (Additive Manufacturing). We develop, produce and sell machines for the laser-sintering of plastic and metal powders. Our customers produce very complex and individualized functional components. We are accelerating the industrialization of 3D printing and expanding its potential with application consulting. Service Engineer Industrial 3D Printing Solutions (f/m/d)
Your tasks include:
– Install, debug and maintain our products, solve the problem of customer product failure and provide corresponding services
– Support overseas agents to complete technical support for overseas market equipment and to assist sales team to expand overseas business
– Participation in the internationalization and optimization of the equipment of the company. Organize and summarize customer needs and collect market information
– Daily service text, technical data compilation, management and translation work
– Travelling
