Last year, automated depowdering expert Solukon kickstarted a virtual event dedicated to learn how AM users and technologies’ providers approach key issues of the industry. Following a first edition dedicated to Europe-based professionals, the machine manufacturer announces today a US edition of this series. Set to take place on March 10th, from 10 to 12 am PST, the event will gather representatives from Morf3D, Divergent Technologies and Proto Labs.
Attendees can expect the following presentations:
Morf3D, Aerospace & Space parts producer
Represented by CTO Franck Mouriaux, Morf3D helps clients realise the potential of Additive Manufacturing in a new age of aerospace innovation. The company brings a solid expertise in AM serial production, as it enables fully optimised functional structures and build processes for top-tier aerospace clients.
Divergent Technologies, a company that disrupts the automotive industry with their digital production system
Mike Kenworthy from Divergent Technologies will share a keynote on their digital production system. Named Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS), the latter is said to radically transform auto manufacturing economics and environmental impact using a data-driven approach for designing and building vehicle structures.
Digital manufacturing provider Protolabs Inc
Eric Utley will share Protolabs’s experience the delivery of rapid prototypes and on-demand production parts. The company’s automated quoting and manufacturing systems reportedly enable the production of metal and plastic parts within days.
The AM User Day USA will be rounded off by a live depowdering demonstration from the Solukon showroom. Registration is free. For more information and to register visit here.
