Industrial 3D printing company INTAMSYS releases its latest FFF 3D printer, the FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO, in desktop format for industrial-grade applications. The compact machine is intended for small-batch production and intensive industrial operations, balancing the prerequisites of speed, precision, and material versatility.

The latter impresses with a daily production capacity of 1000 grams in duplicate or mirror modes. Having achieved over 240,000 running hours at full production level in testing and more than 30,000 printed parts, it can be a reliable option for continuous large-scale production workflows.

The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO offers a streamlined heated chamber of around 100°C that reduces thermal deformation & shrinkage to eliminate the warping effect. The 3D printer has a build volume resulting in reliable printing of 305mm x 260mm x 260mm print size.

In addition, the 3D printer can process various high-performance materials, such as PC, PC-FR, or PA12-CF using a 350°C nozzle and supports flexible materials like TPU95A. Its IDEX system can print in 4 different modes: mirror, duplicate, dual, and support material.

PC-FR contains improved flame retardant features incorporated in railway sectors for easy transit. Meanwhile, PC-ABS leads to long-term outdoor automotive applications & PC/PBT for electronic manufacturing.

It offers self-leveling, mesh calibration, and remote networking capabilities for which integration with existing workflows can easily be accommodated. This all-around functional INTAMSYS 3D printer is always of value to the industry, especially for users who require rapid, reliable, and scalable 3D printing solutions.
