ADDMAN Group, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, has significantly expanded its capabilities by acquiring Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing (KAM). KAM has become the 6th company acquired by ADDMAN ever since it implemented its acquisition strategy.

With 50+ metal additive production machines and a combined manufacturing space of over 300,000 square feet, this acquisition cements ADDMAN’s position as a renowned metal additive manufacturing service provider in the North American region.

The integration of KAM & CNC capabilities further strengthens the existing portfolio of ADDMAN across key verticals, notably in defense and aerospace. This allows ADDMAN to utilize the KAM’s 70,000 sqft full-scale operational facility in Statesville, North Carolina.

The new entity now offers quicker delivery times and value to customers across various industries. The founder of KAM – Brad Keselowski says “Combining ADDMAN’s strengths with KAM’s will help drive meaningful innovation in the additive manufacturing industry.”

Keselowski will remain an active contributor as a Commercial Advisor on ADDMAN’s Board of Directors. The partnership also brings KAM with Castheon, ADDMAN’s California-based metal additive facility, to ensure coast-to-coast support and modern capability in refractory alloy production and material science.

Joe Calmese, CEO of ADDMAN, was more than complimentary to KAM’s successes. American Industrial Partners-AIP is responsible for this joint venture. This marks a major milestone in bringing state-of-the-art, ready solutions enabled by advanced 3D printing technologies to market on a global scale.
