Russel Finex, a company that specializes in the design and manufacture of vibratory sieves, separators, ultrasonic mesh debinding systems and liquid filters, has introduced an upgraded version of its powder handling solution.
Called AMPro® Sieve Station Connect, the new solution distinguishes itself from the AMPro Sieve Station through its “Connect” concept which as per the words of the company “future-proofs all powder-bed additive manufacturing processes.”
This “Connect” concept would allow for remote operation and data logging for system optimization. The machine also features a new ‘plug-and-play’ platform that enables easy scale-up.
Richard Kay, Sales & Marketing Director at Russell Finex commented: “The AMPro® Sieve Station has been completely redesigned, offering advanced system monitoring and control, enhanced ergonomics, maintenance efficiency and performance.”
Whether it is handled in pre-and/or post-printing stages, powder handling remains essential to maintain safety, productivity, and profitability. This requirement, Russel Finex has made it one of its key activities. Since the first launch of their solution in 2010, the company continues to improve to provide versatility and automation to powder handling strategies.
