Rousselot – a collagen and gelatin solutions provider signed a co-branding agreement with German bioprinting company, xolo to integrate its X-Pure® GelMA solution into xolo’s bioinks for volumetric 3D printers. The announcement follows the recent launch of xolo’s new 3D printer.

As a reminder, xolo’s proprietary xolography technology provides an approach to rapidly and accurately develop complex cellular structures. Rousselot Biomedical, an expert in biomedical gelatins offers the X-Pure range known for its consistency. X-Pure® GelMA (gelatin methacrylate), when used in bioinks, is designed to provide stable & reproducible printing results while assisting optimal cell growth.

Tanja Vervust, the Director of Rousselot Biomedical says “We are dedicated to accelerating medical research by bridging the gap between research and clinical application.
