Additive manufacturing users can now autonomously manage the entire production of 3D-printed parts, from quoting to completion. This has been made possible through a collaboration between software developers Phasio and Dyndrite.
Together, they established a fully digital path that transforms customer demand directly into optimized, traceable builds, ready to print, without human intervention.
Phasio provides a platform for quoting, order management, and workflow planning for additive manufacturing whereas Dyndrite develops a GPU-accelerated engine and toolkit to empower manufacturers to efficiently scale up their production.
To create this digital path, Phasio has integrated Dyndrite MJF Pro into is solution. Dyndrite MJF Pro is a build preparation tool that helps users have control over their HP Multi Jet Fusion workflow.
The integration combines the Phasio customer-facing platform with Dyndrite’s powerful MJF Pro print APIs, enables for the first time, a fully automated end-to-end workflow where customer orders are processed, optimized, dispatched to available printers, and tracked in real time. The Phasio Powered by Dyndrite MJF Pro solution is a powerful production pipeline that converts demand into validated print jobs – without a single manual step, both companies explain in a joint communication.
“Phasio’s mission has always been to eliminate the barriers between the front office and manufacturing,” said Harry Lucas, founder and CEO of Phasio. “By integrating Dyndrite MJF Pro into our platform, we’ve bridged the final mile to one of the most advanced additive production systems, the HP MJF, and brought our vision to life.”
At the core of the Phasio project integration is Dyndrite MJF Pro, a powerful, programmable build preparation tool for the HP Multi Jet Fusion platform. MJF Pro is a “must-have” for MJF users, providing unprecedented control over the entire MJF manufacturing process, including:
- Nesting 1000s of parts with fine precision and control, in seconds
- Working with multi-gigabyte 3D mesh or native CAD files directly
- Advanced part labeling rules, including multiple labels per part
- Python APIs to automate builds and eliminate human error
- Part-level documentation embedded directly in every build file
Dyndrite MJF Pro provides native printer connectivity to the HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and Metal Jet 3D line, including the 4200, 5200, 5400, 5600, and 580.
