3D printer manufacturer Raise3D joined forces with Würth Additive Group (WAG) to launch its DLP resin-based 3D printer DF2+. Integrated with Würth Additive’s Digital Inventory Services (DIS), this combination would enable secure, on-demand production, encrypted digital part distribution, and scalable additive manufacturing for industrial users worldwide.
WAG and Raise3D teamed up last year following the launch of WAG’s Digital Inventory Services (DIS), an inventory management solution that enables the secure transmission of intellectual property to different locations worldwide, ensuring quality assurance checks and controlled distribution. Instead of limiting printing options based on conflicting priorities, together with Henkel, WAG and Raise3D worked on the integration of additive manufacturing for unique customer applications into WAG’s DIS.

Today, the Raise3D DF2+ integrated into WAG’s DIS features a high-performance DLP light engine, an RFID-enabled traceable workflow, and print speeds up to 100mm/h. Its Open Material Platform (OMP) allows for use of Loctite high-performance engineering resins, validated through Henkel’s material partner program.
By leveraging Würth’s DIS SaaS platform, manufacturers can securely manage part workflows and digitally distribute qualified parts across their networks—bridging digital inventory with physical fulfilment, a press release says.
This week, at AMUG 2025, Würth Additive Group will be the exclusive vendor showcasing the Raise3D DF2+ printer, fully embedded with DIS functionality. Attendees in Chicago will be the first to see the system in action—demonstrating secure digital part storage, encrypted distribution, and on-demand production capabilities now available to manufacturers worldwide.
