Since its inception in 1994, ULT has been developing and commercializing extraction and filtration solutions for air purification. At the recent Formnext 2024 trade show, ULT unveiled its brand-new, handy gas cleaning system AMF 60, a modular gas-tight extraction and filter system that suits different inert gases (e.g. nitrogen, argon, helium).
The announcement follows the launch of an extraction solution for flammable gases and vapors. In addition to easy operation, safe maintenance, and advanced service, the AMF 60 assures low process costs and long filter service expectancy.
The mobile and flexible system is fitted with HEPA-H14 filters and offers extensive filtration performance of >99.995%. It shows that the cleaned air can be returned to the work area. The passive storage filters allow contamination-free handling of highly flammable and hazardous process pollutants.
The gas purification system can be linked as a slave with an I/O system or employed as a unique solution with CULT™ control. This newly developed control includes standard elements such as a timer for setting the running times or data log functions. Modular extensions, e.g. sensor monitoring of all process parameters or customizable post-filters, round off the device functionality.
With its compact design, the AMF 60 needs a small footprint of only 450 x 640 mm. The device can be deployed globally without additional modifications due to its UL conformity and wide voltage range between 90~250 VAC.
