Formnext 2024: Lithoz, a ceramic 3D printing company, will roll out its latest LCM printer: the CeraFab System S320. This newest member of Lithoz’s highly diversified product portfolio is five times larger than the globally recognized CeraFab System S65. It perfectly suits the high-volume production of mid-sized tech ceramic parts.
With external dimensions similar to the CeraFab System S65, the CeraFab System S320 features a build volume of 245*130*320 mm, 60 µm resolution, and a 4K projection system. This means manufacturers can maximize output per print job, radically improving production efficiency.
When stepping into the Lithoz booth at Formnext, visitors can witness an impressive array of ceramic parts printed using the S320. These parts include semiconductor components, such as a lightweight alumina gas distribution ring, and intricate casting cores fabricated for some renovated turbine blades and industrial filter devices.
Last but not least, visitors to Lithoz’s booth can discover some of the latest advancements made in healthcare with ceramic 3D printing. These applications include the 3D-printed subperiosteal jaw implant produced by Lithoz from Zirconia.
