An investor class action has been filed against 3D printing & digital manufacturing solutions company 3D Systems corp. on behalf of those who purchased or acquired the company’s securities between May 6, 2020 and March 1, 2021, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
The announcement follows the recent acquisition of the company’s on-demand 3D printing and custom manufacturing business by Trilantic North America.
