With the goal of enhancing the surface of their 3D printed parts, therefore to enhance parts performance and aesthetic quality, the in-house DJI-trained technicians for repairs and custom projects of the one-stop drone shop has recently explored the capabilities of the M1 Basic, one of the most affordable post-processing solutions from AM Solutions. What makes this solution unique is that its compact design and easy operation, can be quickly integrated into almost any production line.

 Ideal for surface smoothing and polishing of 3D printed components made from metal or plastic, this machine also features an integrated process water recycling system with suitable process controls.

The machine manufacturer explains that multiple parts can be simultaneously treated in separate processing chambers through the installation of divider plates. The system comes with several features includings a comprehensive, easy to operate software package which allows the storage of post-treatment processing programs and, thus, reduces the risk of operator errors.
