The 2024 edition of Hannover Messe will take place from April 22 to 26th
For almost eighty years, the Hannover Messe has been the international meeting place for industry and technology. With a 2024 edition themed “energizing a sustainable industry”, we may expect an interesting combination of experts from business, politics and knowledge institutions.
Despite the current technological developments, many companies still need guidance to apply all available concepts related to automation, AI and energy management.
According to Mattias Dreher, Managing Director of Global Fairs (Deutsche Messe’s official representation in the Benelux countries), given the wide range of smart tools available in the market, the average SME does not always know quite where to start.
“This is precisely why a visit to Hannover Messe is recommended: you get to know all the relevant technologies and their concrete applications at lightning speed. Furthermore, with the current shortage of skilled personnel in the manufacturing industry, attention is paid to issues such as ergonomics and simplifying tasks. Interestingly, Dreher notes that this year a two-day career congress will take place under the new name FEMWORX. With a key focus on female leadership in the STEM sector, this sub-event will be the opportunity for companies to interact with potential talents who could join their company.
