DyeMansion, a manufacturer of various post-processing solutions, upgrades three products for Print-to-Product workflows. These products include a blasting system called Powershot X, an upgrade for black coloring called DM60 Reservoir as well as a new Automotive ColorsX. They were all launched at Formnext 2024 under the motto “It just WorX”.

This automated blasting technology is a system with three technologies – PolyShot C, S, or C&S –  which aim to perform cleaning, surfacing, or the new combined PolyShot Cleaning & Surfacing process.

According to DyeMansion, with these three modes, the Powershot X offers maximum adaptability for any Print-to-Product workflow. Switching between modes easily based on production needs is also possible, allowing users to respond quickly to changing volumes and quality demands.

An upgrade for black coloring

The new generation of the DM60 Reservoir aims to ensure black dyeing in any required volume. Users of this new solution will benefit from efficient volume management, reduced cycle times and process costs, and eco-friendly operation.

Built-in sensors manage precise water usage for each dyeing cycle so that the upgraded Reservoir supports multiple dyeing volumes from S to XL and enables the reuse of black dyeing water up to 12 times.

As far as time and costs are concerned, residual heat from previous cycles shortens process times by up to 30%. Efficient volume management, reusability of black dyeing water, and bulk pricing on cartridges cut black dyeing costs by over 50%.

By reducing freshwater consumption and wastewater production by up to 12x, the new-generation DM60 Reservoir supports sustainability goals, offering manufacturers a green solution without sacrificing performance.

Enhancing UV-stability for high-performance applications

To enhance UV stability for high-performance applications, DyeMansion developed new Automotive ColorsX for all types of applications where high light and heat resistance are required. This updated offering brings durability and customization options to automotive manufacturers.
