Creative Dock Czech s.r.o

Four years ago, Ex-executives from BigRep founded nFrontier with one mission: accelerate the development of industrial products. While they have a strong expertise in AM, with this product development firm, the founders positioned themselves at the intersection of several technologies disrupting the way we design and produce.

Over the years, they have demonstrated their capabilities in giving life to newly designed products that can be manufactured using AM: The bike helmet PYLO and the 3D printed hybrid vehicle are two examples we covered in 3D ADEPT.

Today, the company will start a new chapter in its journey as part of Creative Dock Group (CDG), a group that helps businesses grow across Europe and MENA through acquisitions.

“Many of our clients are looking for ways to bring the principles of agility and rapid execution to physical product development,” explains Martin Pejsa, Executive Chairman at Creative Dock Group. “nFrontier’s expertise is the missing piece that allows us to help them achieve this transformation. Together, we can drastically reduce the time and complexity of bringing new products to life.”

nFrontier has already proven the power of this approach, reducing traditional product development cycles from 30 months to just 4 months. With this acquisition, Creative Dock can now help its clients move quickly, adapt faster, and take their ideas to market efficiently. Leveraging nFrontier’s end-to-end hardware experience creation, prototyping, iterating, and pre-production capabilities, Creative Dock aims to do for hardware what it has done for digital-based products: accelerate the rate at which its clients can bring new, disruptive physical products to market, a press communication reads.

As for nFrontier, the partnership is an opportunity to scale its impact further. “With Creative Dock, nFrontier has found the perfect launching pad for future growth and a strong home base to help fulfill our mission to design, engineer, build and launch/scale hardware products from scratch.” says Daniel Buening, CEO of nFrontier. “We are thrilled to be the latest member of the Creative Dock family“.

I can’t wait to see what this chapter of “creating what’s next” will bring.
