saas.group’s 27th acquisition expands its portfolio into AI-native creative tools with a platform used by 1.9 million registered creators
saas.group acquires 3D AI Studio, the AI-powered 3D content creation platform.
Founded in 2024, 3D AI Studio turns a text prompt or a single image into a production-ready 3D model in seconds, directly in the browser and with no GPU or local setup required. The platform covers the full asset pipeline – generation, AI retexturing, and export for Blender, Unity, Unreal, Three.js and 3D printing – alongside Flow, its node-based workflow builder.
Built for game developers, 3D printing enthusiasts, product designers and creative studios, 3D AI Studio has grown to more than 1.9 million registered creators across 25+ countries, who have generated over 4 million assets to date.
The acquisition of 3D AI Studio marks saas.group’s 27th successful acquisition and establishes the group’s presence in the fast-growing AI-native creative tools category.

Founded in 2017 by serial tech entrepreneurs, the company has acquired 27 companies to date, including Tower, Rewardful, Prerender, Juicer, Seobility, and Timebutler.
