Software company Aibuild, strengthens its partnership with Massive Dimension, an expert in robotic 3D printing extruders, to launch MD Software.

MD Software integrates advanced Aibuild features such as parametric slicing strategies, analysis tools, and automated design modules like Mould Designer, with proven core features. These tools are now specifically engineered to optimise the performance of Massive Dimension’s advanced extruders.

“This partnership with Massive Dimension marks our transition to a fully platform-scaled model, allowing us to deliver bespoke solutions customized to the nuances of our partners’ hardware, without disrupting the integrity of the factory floor,”  Daghan Cam, CEO and Co-founder of Aibuild.

Moving toward hardware-software agnosticism

MD Software runs on Aibuild’s proven platform, featuring modular, scalable architecture that enables seamless integration across diverse manufacturing environments. The software is designed for deployment across educational institutions, industrial facilities, and R&D environments, supporting applications from high-performance aerospace components to academic research.

“At Massive Dimension, we’re dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with additive manufacturing, and our collaboration with Aibuild marks a major milestone in this pursuit. MD Software unites our industrial extrusion technology with Aibuild’s intelligent software platform, empowering users across top industries to achieve maximum precision, efficiency, and innovation in their manufacturing processes. This integration perfectly aligns with our vision of a future where additive manufacturing is seamless, adaptable, and truly scalable.” Tyler McNaney, CEO and Founder of Massive Dimension.

Through this development, Aibuild can help manufacturers shape the software to their hardware needs, opening more possibilities for scalable, and intelligent manufacturing solutions that can be deployed without compromise.

“Our platform-first approach means partners like Massive Dimension can now offer a customized experience that leverages our deep automation expertise while preserving the specific identity and capability of their extrusion systems,” added Daghan Cam. “Together, we’re entering a new era of smart manufacturing that’s flexible, intelligent, and collaborative.”
