Since 2019, Farsoon Europe GmbH and Toolcraft AG have been working to enhance additive Manufacturing (AM) for series production.

Headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, Farsoon Europe GmbH offers industrial-grade plastic laser sintering and metal laser melting systems. Founded in 1989, Toolcraft AG is a renowned corporation in precision manufacturing based in Georgensgmünd and Spalt.

The joint development agreement (JDA) both companies recently signed, focuses on optimizing Farsoon’s Additive Manufacturing machines, developing AlSi10Mg parameters & integrating Siemens NX software.

Oliver Li, the Managing Director of Farsoon Europe GmbH has expressed: “We are quite pleased by the progress and results achieved in this cooperation with Toolcraft AG. It has brought massive progress regarding machine optimization, material parameter development, and software integration.”

Despite the success of the recently concluded JDA, Farsoon Europe GmbH & Toolcraft AG are happy to enter into a new agreement by shifting its focus on additive series development. This next phase promises to leverage the strengths of these 2 companies in Additive Manufacturing tech by pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Christoph Hauck, a member of the Executive Board at Toolcraft AG, is so optimistic: “Our collaboration with Farsoon Europe GmbH has been successful, and we would like to continue this with additive series production. This new cooperation is an exciting chapter for both companies while striving to deliver prolific solutions to our customers.”
