ERMAKSAN to showcase ENAVISION 3D Metal Printer At Formnext

Turkey-based specialist in sheet metal processing machines Ermaksan, brings its latest additive manufacturing innovations at Formnext. The 3D printer manufacturer will showcase a series of innovative applications for various areas of activity: ENAVISION 250, ENAVISION TWIN and ENAVISION 120 designed for dental applications.

ERMAKSAN’s metal 3D printing machines integrate selective laser melting technology, the ideal technology to meet requirements from various industries including aviation-space, energy, automotive, medical, dental, tools and consumer products.

Furthermore, given its industrial expertise in sheet meal processing machines, ERMAKSAN does not only rely on its technical expertise in the field. The company strongly believes that in terms of properties, SLM parts deliver mechanical properties that are not far away from conventional manufacturing processes, not to mention that these parts can be processed as any welding part.

As far as the other technologies are concerned, the Twin Laser system of the company has been upgraded in terms of repeatability and efficiency. With the integrated Dual Laser system, the device delivers now a better production rate and productivity.

With ERMAKSAN’s Modular Dual Laser technology, you can increase your productivity up to 100% at any time. You can have a faster production capacity up to two times in the first machine investment or in the second investment that you’ll make thanks to modular system”, said the company in a press release.

With a strong customer service in over 70 countries, Formnext is not Ermaksan’s first experience on the global scene. Indeed, the company has previously showcased its sheet metal systems at Emo Hannover.

The company’s ability to diversify its offering shows that they are definitely capable to help customers to adapt to this digital transformation. At Formnext Hall 12, Stand B122, we will be able to have a close look at their systems and see how they distinguish themselves from others of the same range.
