For its retail debut, OEM Bambu Lab chose the right country: China. The company’s flagship store, located in Shenzhen’s Nanshan District, spans 244 square meters and is designed to bring 3D printing to life.

This strategy is probably one of the best moves from the company when we know that Formnext Asia Shenzhen 2025 highlighted the growing interest in 3D printer farms, underscoring the relevance of such a store. While we will not be surprised to see other manufacturers follow, Bambu Lab is setting a precedent for how retail spaces can showcase the power and scalability of additive manufacturing.

The centerpiece is a massive CyberBrick diorama, entirely 3D printed on a farm of more than 100 H2D printers running non-stop for a week.

Visitors and customers can explore or purchase a complete lineup of printers, including a wall of A1s in action, a full spectrum of filament colors up close, a gallery featuring designs from the MakerWorld community as well as 3D printed objects at the mini market.

We wanted this store to be a place to get inspired, a space for every curious mind to experience 3D printing firsthand. Shenzhen is just the start. More stores will follow, and we can’t wait to bring this experience closer to you,” the company says.
