Following the launch of EVO 22, Airwolf3D adds EVO R to its portfolio of FDM 3D Printers. It has taken 5 generations of 3D Printers to unveil EVO R. This latest edition would be the ideal formula for engineers, educators and designers who are looking for dependability, safety, efficiency and affordability in a single 3D Printer.

The California-based company proposes a 3D printer with an approximate 12” x 8.75” x 9” build envelope. Users can get the new device as from $4,995 and benefit from the same 7” TouchScreen, HEPA/Active Carbon filter, 32-bit GENESIS micro-controller, linear guides, and high temperature capabilities as the EVO and EVO 22, “in a smaller, more affordable package” according to the company.

Other features include unitized aluminum construction, CNC-machined hot ends, one-piece steel bed, and a Teflon-sheathed communication cord. Not to mention that the 3D Printer is compatible with Airwolf’s Apex gCode-generation software for autonomous or connected operation.

Professionals want an affordable, multi-material, dual extrusion 3D printer they can depend on. The EVO R is the answer, embodying nearly all the premium EVO and EVO 22 features in an affordable package made right here in California. Our vision is to have Airwolf printers in more than half the educational institutions in the United States. To meet this goal we streamlined the EVO R for domestic mass production,” explained Airwolf 3D Co-Founder and CEO Erick Wolf.

Airwolf 3D offers complimentary training to educators with the purchase of a 3D printer. Teachers can also download the free curriculum from Airwolf’s website.
