Raise3D has announced a partnership with Additive Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) to integrate professional post-processing capabilities into its RMS220 SLS 3D printer workflow.
The collaboration positions Raise3D as a more complete solution provider for European manufacturers targeting functional, end-use part production.
Under the agreement, Raise3D will distribute AMT’s vapor smoothing solutions across Europe as preconfigured systems, optimized for direct compatibility with Raise3D powders. The partnership centers on two systems: the established PostPro SFX and the newly launched PostPro SF2X, the latter scheduled for shipping in June 2026.
The SF2X brings enhanced capacity for larger builds and uses a biodegradable, non-hazardous finishing agent, a detail that will resonate with manufacturers navigating tightening environmental compliance requirements.

The technology delivers injection-moulded-like surface finishes and watertight parts, addressing one of the persistent friction points in SLS adoption: the gap between printed output and production-ready quality.
Fernando Hernandez, SLS Product Marketing Manager, Europe at Raise3D, framed the move as a step toward a fully integrated additive manufacturing workflow: “AMT’s powerful yet user-friendly systems deliver industry-leading surface finishing and perfectly complement the large build volume of our RMS220.“
AMT brings considerable credibility to the collaboration, over 900 systems deployed across 40 countries and more than 50 patents in post-processing technology. Giorgio Ioannides, VP Sales & Marketing at AMT, emphasized the accessibility angle: the combined solution is designed to deliver professional results at a significantly lower investment threshold than traditional setups.
For the broader market, this partnership reflects a continued industry push toward turnkey, plug-and-play production cells, reducing the integration burden for manufacturers and making industrial-grade additive manufacturing more accessible at scale.
