In order to increase industrial achievements in additive manufacturing without requiring companies to invest in high-cost machines, a 800 square meters-area is now available to them.

Addimadour is implemented in collaboration with Compositadour, a platform specialized in robotic processes for the implementation of composite materials. It is already possible to 3D print in plastic with robotic arms.

Beama 3D printing machines will soon be installed. Indeed, the French company develops 3D metal printers using its laser deposition process.

In addition, robotic arms will allow the placement of wires in order to build parts on a large scale. Called arc additive manufacturing (WAAM), this process created in the Netherlands has already made it possible to create ship propellers.

At the beginning, the centre hires a team of 10 people. From October, several projects on aerospace applications will be launched.
