3D printer manufacturer Zmorph closed a busy 2020 with a new rebranding, the launch of Zmorph Fab 3D printer and the promise to release Zmorph i500 industrial 3D printer. Its ultimate goal being to advance in a new era of “3D printers that deliver”, the manufacturer has made good on its commitment as yesterday, it effectively released the industrial 3D printer Zmorph i500.
Designed with cost-effective low-volume production, custom tooling, and rapid prototyping in mind, the new machine would perfectly fit the needs automotive, R&D, aerospace, production, military and similar industries.
With a large printing volume of 500 x 460 x 300 mm, the machine could achieve multiple parts simultaneously or create large models thus maximising productivity. The Dual Drive Dual Extruder is equipped with a Nozzle Lifting System that is compatible with various sensors, which means it can deliver repeatable results. Operators can monitor the printing process on an ergonomic touch panel that offers a user-friendly UI to Filament Flow System.
A Distributed Control System helps achieve maximum uptime and throughput while an electric door lock, the Air Flow System filters as well as a removable Wi-Fi module enable the operator to work in the best safety conditions.
