Since August 13, ExOne GmbH and voxeljet GmbH operate as one company.
2025: Anzu Partners united these two pioneering manufacturers of industrial binder jetting 3D printers after acquiring their assets through two independent transactions.
Over the years, we have seen the companies share the same focus: same targeted industrial foundries, automotive components, and aerospace casting by manufacturing large sand molds and cores directly from digital CAD files.
Today, headquartered in Gersthofen, they transition into a single legal entity which we will call ExOne GmbH, bringing together over 30 years of industrial 3D printing know‑how to create a broader, more integrated portfolio.
What stays the same matters just as much. Existing contracts, quotations and non-disclosure agreements remain valid. Established contacts remain available. Maintenance, spare parts supply and support continue without interruption.
The voxeljet brand continues as the product brand for our PMMA and HSS technologies, the team explains n LinkedIn.
