CORE Industrial Partners expands its 3D printing activities through acquisition of RE3DTECH

CORE Industrial Partners LLC (“CORE”), a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired provider of additive manufacturing services RE3DTECH.

With a focus on high-volume production parts, the latter delivers a set of in-house manufacturing services which include 3D printing, finishing, quality and assembly. The company’s 3D printing portfolio includes multi-jet fusion technologies and direct metal laser sintering, technologies that serve to the fabrication of production-grade parts across both polymer and metal materials.

RE3DTECH was founded in 2017 and is headquartered outside Chicago, IL.  It serves a variety of end markets, including aerospace and defense, consumer, technology, industrial, automotive and medical, among others.
