The micro-precision 3D printing expert Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF) will debut its latest industrial grade microArch® S150 3D printer at Formnext 2026. Launched earlier this year and already commercially available, the desktop-friendly microArch® S150 will be running live on BMF’s stand (Hall 12.1, B51).
The micro-precision 3D printer would deliver 25µm optical resolution and layer thicknesses from 10–100µm. The machine uses BMF’s Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology and would achieve exceptional accuracy, repeatability, and surface quality.
It can also process high-viscosity materials and delivers consistent results through automated calibration and an intuitive touchscreen workflow.
As the company celebrates its 10th anniversary, this debut reminds the road it paved to enable a wide range of applications in the field, from microfluidics, fiber optics, biomedical devices, to electronics.

Commenting on the microArch® S150’s Formnext introduction, Bryan Ferrand, President of Boston Micro Fabrication, says, “Reaching our tenth anniversary is an important milestone for BMF and gives us an opportunity to reflect on how far micro-precision 3D printing has come, as well as where it can go next. The S150 is a great example of that progress, bringing industrial-grade micro-precision capabilities to a compact, accessible platform.
“We’re looking forward to returning to Frankfurt and giving Formnext visitors the opportunity to see the S150 in action and explore what it could deliver for their own micro-precision 3D printing requirements.
“Although we only introduced the system a few months ago, we have been very pleased with the S150’s reception, particularly among labs and development and production teams looking for easier access to industrial-grade micro-precision manufacturing.”
