Additive Manufacturing Services Provider Toolcraft is now ISO 14001 certified

ISO certification is one of the ultimate seals of approval that demonstrates a management system, manufacturing process, service, or documentation procedure has all the requirements for standardization and quality assurance.

The process to get certified is quite complex and stressful for most companies operating in demanding industries, but once obtained, it reinforces credibility and assurance towards the applicant’s customers.

The latest company that has received a certificate for sustainable environmental policy is AM Services provider Toolcraft. The announcement follows the recent acquisition of an advanced polishing system for 3D printing by the company.

Based on ISO 14001, the certification confirms the company from Middle Franconia takes responsibility for the preservation of the environment in order to secure the basis of life for future generations.

While the independent source that delivered the certification has not been mentioned, toolcraft states, it is willing to invest in a resource-saving way. The SME is already making a sustainable contribution with energy-efficient production and investment in other long-term planned measures.

In the future, toolcraft AG would like to further reduce consumption and environmental costs and at the same time use resources efficiently.

In order to further expand the company’s internal environmental policy, measurable environmental goals have been developed. These include the economical use of raw materials and the avoidance or reduction of emissions. Not only the employees but also all contractual partners are involved in the implementation of improved environmental protection. For these measures toolcraft AG was certified according to ISO 14001, a press release reports.

We are very pleased about the certificate and will make our contribution to sustainability within the framework of professional environmental management,” says Karlheinz Nüßlein, Chief Officer of Human Resources and Production at Toolcraft.
