In June of this year, the Court of Parma initiated liquidation proceedings for BEAMIT SpA, a Fornovo di Taro-based company in the Parma region. Active in metal powder Additive Manufacturing for more than 25 years, and owner of the NADCAP HT, NADCAP AM ISO9001 – AS9100 certiffications, BEAMIT SpA operates several facilities across Italy and formerly managed the UK-based 3T Additive Manufacturing, which was recently acquired by Austria’s SBO AG.
The company specialized in the production of high-end metal additive manufacturing components for the most demanding industries: aerospace, automotive, energy, racing, and industrial engineering.
The upcoming auction covers three additional important assets: – Aeronautics, Space, and Defense business unit located in Fornovo and Rubbiano, Parma – ex ZARE business unit (AMI-CNC) located in Boretto, Reggio Emilia – strategic stake in PRES-X srl, a company based in Rubiera, Reggio Emilia.
The proposed sales are designed to maximize creditor satisfaction and safeguard employment levels to the fullest extent possible. The sales will be conducted under competitive procedures compliant with the provisions of the Italian Crisis and Insolvency Code and in execution of the liquidation program of BEAMIT S.p.A. previously approved by the Creditors’ Committee.
The auction will take place on November 28, 2025, using a mixed synchronous electronic format. The deadline for submitting bids is 12:00 PM on November 27, 2025.
A second, potential trial sale at reduced price of 25% will take place on December 23, 2025.
A third, potential competitive selling at a further reduced price of 25% will take place on January 20, 2026.
